Membership terms and conditions (as at November 10 2025)

Congratulations <CLIENTFIRSTNAME> on committing to membership!

You have purchased a <CONTRACTNAME> from <LOCATION>.

This agreement was made on <AGREEMENTDATE>.

The contract start date is <CONTRACTSTARTDATE> and payments are made every 4 weeks..

The minimum term is <NUMBEROFPAYMENTS> payments paid via <PAYMENTMETHOD>.

At the completion of the minimum term, the membership will auto-renew for another <NUMBEROFPAYMENTS> payments, unless you advise us in writing at least 7 days beforehand.

Waiver Form

• You agree to sign a waiver form with Love Pilates. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms and Conditions set out in our waiver.

Cooling off Period

• You can cancel your membership with us up to 7 days from the date you commenced training (for the avoidance of doubt the 7 day period commences from the day you complete your first class with Love Pilates). This is only applicable to new membership agreements. If you cancel within the 7 day cooling off period, Love Pilates will refund your money, less the cost of any classes already taken.

Paying for Memberships

• Membership fees are paid in advance by <PAYMENTMETHOD>. At the completion of your agreement period the membership will continue at the same rate unless cancellation is advised in writing.

• You must ensure that your account can accept direct debits and that there is enough money in your account on the payment day. Any changes must be advised at least 72 hours before the next payment is due to be deducted.

• If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, Love Pilates will suspend access to Love Pilates classes until any outstanding balance has been paid and you have advised your updated account details. Love Pilates will continue to debit your nominated account without notice, until the owed funds have been received. Love Pilates will make all reasonable efforts to advise you of any failed payments by phone or email. A fee of $5 will be charged for each failed payment attempt.

• Love Pilates may on occasion make changes to terms and conditions. This may include instructors, classes and the timetable. If this substantially reduces our ability to provide our service to you, Love Pilates will reduce your membership fees accordingly on a pro-rata basis. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply. Love Pilates will provide at least 28 days notice of any changes. If Love Pilates do not fulfil their obligations, you may have the option to cancel your membership. Unless the law states otherwise, you will not have any other claim against Love Pilates if this should occur.

• Love Pilates reserves the right to increase your fees at any time after your agreement has ended. Love Pilates will make all reasonable efforts to advise you in writing at least 28 days in advance. Love Pilates will consider that you have received the advice on the second business day after it was sent. Where Love Pilates have made all reasonable efforts to advise you of a fee increase on a subsequent contract, you authorise the deduction of the increased amount from your nominated account.

Booking Policy:

As class sizes are limited, please book all classes online or via the Love Pilates or Mindbody App to secure your spot. Unfortunately, bookings cannot be accepted via email or text.

Memberships cannot be shared amongst family members or friends.

Additional classes:

To allow flexibility with your schedule, our booking system will let you book classes beyond your membership allocation. It is your responsibility to manage your classes. This is best done logging on to the Love Pilates website via a PC/laptop for the best visibility of your membership. Any additional classes taken beyond the number of classes included in your monthly membership, will be charged at the equivalent per class rate in your membership.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to class.

• All Cancellations must be made online, unfortunately cancellations cannot be accepted via email or text.

• If you fail to attend your scheduled class or cancel a class outside the cancellation window, your class will be forfeited.

• If you late cancel your class and we are able to fill your spot we will credit the class back to your account if you email us within 7 days to check (this is a manual process so you do need to contact us)

• If you're on a waitlist and a spot becomes available up to 2 hours prior to class, you will be automatically added to the class list and sent a notification via SMS or email. It is your responsibility to manage your position on the waitlist and remove yourself if you can no longer attend and don’t want to be automatically added.

• If you cancel less than 2 hours before class or fail to attend “no show” you will be charged $10.

Membership Suspensions:

• We understand that members need to suspend their membership from time to time. A membership suspension/holiday hold freezes your membership for the period of the hold - and adds this period to the end of the membership cycle. For example if you freeze for 7 days, you will have 7 extra days added to the billing/class credit cycle.

• A minimum of 1 week (7 days) is required for a membership hold and there is a maximum of 3 weeks for a 12 week membership and 12 weeks for a 48 week (VIP) membership.

Clients who give birth during their membership period can take up to 12 weeks for birthing or until they are cleared to exercise.

• At least 1 week’s (7 days) written notice is required for membership suspensions requests. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to autopay payments that are scheduled for the given period. Membership suspensions are to be submitted via the form on our website footer.

• Suspension periods will not count towards your contractual minimum term and will extend any applicable minimum term by the number of suspended weeks taken. Membership may not be suspended during the notice period of a cancellation request.

• If you require a longer membership extension due to medical reasons, we require a medical certificate from your doctor or physio.

Membership Cancellations:

• Love Pilates requires at least 1 week (7 days) written notice to terminate an autopay membership. Please email requests to hello@lovepilates.com.au, we will then send a form which must be completed before your cancellation request can be actioned.

• As memberships are paid in advance, terminations apply to the next billing period and we are unable to refund the balance of the current month.

•If a member chooses to cancel their (12 week minimum commitment) autopay membership within the initial commitment period, the member will be required to pay an amount equal to 50% of the remaining payments due under the contract, post their 1 week notice to cancel. This amount can be used as account credit towards class packs or alternatively is forfeited. Class packs must be purchased within 3 months of membership cancellation.

•If a member chooses to cancel their (48 week minimum commitment) autopay membership within the contracted 48 week period, the member will be required to pay 3 autopay payments - this can be used as credit towards class packs or alternatively is forfeited. Class packs must be purchased within 3 months of membership cancellation.

• Paid in full memberships (Black Friday memberships) cannot be cancelled and no refund will be offered.

• If an autopay payment is scheduled within the 1-week notice period to cancel, then that payment will proceed.

• Love Pilates may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, as per our terms and conditions.

Membership Downgrades:

• There are no membership downgrades available for 12 week contracts

• VIP Memberships are a 48 week commitment and offer substantial savings. While we understand circumstances change, any request to downgrade a membership level while within the 48 week contract term, will attract a downgrade fee of $100 which will be automatically charged to the nominated payment method.
