Love Pilates™ (formerly Yoganic) has been offering Pilates classes and yoga classes in Willoughby for over 12 years and are excited to be opening in Beecroft.

Love Pilates Beecroft is a place to move your body, nourish your body and soul and empower you to be your best.

We are bringing our signature Pilates classes to Love Pilates Beecroft in 2024 - including Pilates Reformer, Pilates Tower and Pilates mat classes as well as barre classes, and yin yoga and pregnancy yoga classes.

Love Pilates also offers specialised prenatal Pilates and postnatal Pilates classes for our pregnant mums and new mums. Our studios have Baby Bjorn bouncers that you can use when you bring your baby along to one of our mums & bubs classes.

Our new Love Pilates Beecroft studio is easily accessible from Cheltenham, North Epping, Epping, Eastwood, Denistone, Thornleigh, Wahroonga, Westleigh, Normanhurst, Carlingford, Pennant Hills, West Pennant Hills, Ryde, North Rocks and Cherrybrook.

Frequently asked questions

  • Our founding membership deals ended January 31.

  • We are hoping to open late January - however there are lots of things that need to fall in place such as our fit-out, building approvals and all our equipment arriving. That’s why we can’t give you an exact date yet! We hope to firm up a date in the coming weeks.

  • We are still working on our timetable and locking in teachers. Our timetable will be slightly smaller to start with while we get some feedback from our founding members on what our Beecroft community need - and then we can build our timetable around you!

  • Don’t worry - everyone starts out a beginner! If you are new to Pilates reformer or Pilates tower we ask you to start on our Reformer Fundamentals or Tower Fundamentals classes.

  • 99% of our clients at Willoughby had never done tower before either. Pilates Tower classes are big in New York and Paris, but only a few studios offer them in Sydney.

    Lots of our Willoughby clients specifically do reformer and tower classes as they love the variety and we have some die hard tower fans who prefer it to reformer. I describe it as the difference between French and German - a word can have the same meaning but be pronounced very differently. If you’ve done Pilate before you’ll probably recognise the exercise and see it’s a different take on them.

    Why would you do tower? Well the stretch is AHH-mazing, it adds variety and challenges your body in a new way.

  • It’s a myth that you need to be flexible to do yoga - we do yoga to build our flexibility!

    If you are new to yoga/concerned about your flexibility, don’t panic!

    We will be offering Yin yoga and pregnancy yoga. Many of our Willoughby clients had never done yoga before joining the studio.

    Yin classes are slow, great for building flexibility and there’s plenty of time to add props to work around any movement restrictions you may have.

    Pregnancy yoga is designed to accomodate all stages of pregnancy - so you’ll be fine! Just talk to your teacher at the beginning of class.

  • Grip socks are compulsory for all Pilates reformer and tower classes. If you don’t have any, you can purchase in the studio.

    Please bring your own mat for yoga and Pilates mat classes.

    Water is always recommended!

  • If you are 13 weeks or more (in your second trimester), you need to join our prenatal or pre/postnatal classes. You can also attend barre classes (just talk to the teacher at the beginning of class).

  • To join postnatal/mums & bubs classes you must have had your 6/8 week check with your midwife/doctor and be cleared to exercise.

    If your baby is under 6 months old, or you are just returning to exercise after your baby or your physio has recommended postnatal classes - you need to attend our postnatal/mums & bubs classes.

  • We will have a pram parking area at the back of the studio.

    We will have Baby Bjorn bouncers in the studio, so enough for a full Pilates or barre class. Babies must be in a capsule, pram or bouncer during classes for safety reasons. You are also welcome to bring some toys for your baby to play with.
